Tienie Van Schoor

Tienie Van Schoor is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Mathematics, Physics. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Aerospace Engineering from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the University of the Free State. Tienie also pursued education at the University of Pretoria.

With a wealth of experience in the industry, Tienie currently holds the dual roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Mide, showcasing his leadership and technical expertise. Prior to his current position, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Mide Technology Corporation. Tienie also worked as a Lecturer at M.I.T E-Solutions Gmbh and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he shared his knowledge with students.

Throughout his career, Tienie Van Schoor has gained valuable experience by holding various roles in different organizations. He has worked as a Consultant at Satcon Technology Corporation, an Engineer at Kentron, and also owned Mide Technology Corporation.
