Tiara Brown is a creative and driven Community Relations Senior Manager with a background in the sports industry. She has a proven track record of developing impactful cause-related initiatives that are in line with an organization's brand and philanthropic goals.

Tiara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Administration from the University of Louisville, which has provided her with a strong foundation in the sports management field.

With a wealth of experience in various roles at the Charlotte Hornets, including Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Coordinator of Corporate Social Responsibility, Tiara has honed her skills in building and executing successful community initiatives.

Prior to her time at the Charlotte Hornets, Tiara gained experience as an Intern in Community Relations at the Charlotte Bobcats, showcasing her early interest and dedication to community engagement within sports organizations.

Outside of the sports industry, Tiara has also demonstrated her versatile skill set by working as a Lead Customer Service Representative & New Hire Employee Coach at Fifth Third Bank, where she further developed her leadership and customer service abilities.

Tiara's passion for making a difference is evident through her internships at the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Mid-South Conference Athletics, where she contributed to impactful events and operations within the non-profit and collegiate sports sectors.
