Tiana Gayton, a veteran development manager with significant experience in partnership management and fundraising for under-served youth in Los Angeles, has demonstrated a deep commitment to promoting opportunities for local teens to express themselves safely, succeed, and become young leaders. Gayton holds a comprehensive experience that has positioned her among the most competent experts in the field of non-profit development. Having attained education from March Mountain High School and Kaplan University, Gayton has gained extensive organizational experience in various capacities. She worked at Sage College as a lead admissions counselor, Kaplan University as an office manager, and Kobe Basketball Academy as a compliance manager. Currently, Tiana is serving at After-School All-Stars as a development manager. Her ultimate goal is to discover and create chances for young people to change their lives positively.
