She holds a B.S. in Financial Actuarial Mathematics, a B.A. in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa society.

Prior to her university studies, Tiana excelled at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School where she was not only a Valedictorian but also an integral part of the varsity volleyball team for four years, serving as Captain for two years.

Throughout her career, Tiana has held various roles showcasing her expertise and versatility. She has worked as a Consultant, Senior Associate, and Associate at EY-Parthenon, demonstrating her proficiency in strategic consulting.

Additionally, Tiana has entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded Gaining Grain, and has explored the finance sector as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at The Riverside Company.

She has also engaged in accounting and web design roles, working as an Accounting Intern at Endeavor, PC, and as a Web Designer in a freelance capacity.
