Tiago Vailati

Tiago Vailati is a technology enthusiast and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the retail industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management. Vailati spent over a decade at the HAVAN retail chain in various roles, including frontline sales, marketing, and technology. He rose to the position of Systems Coordinator and was instrumental in automating and digitizing HAVAN's distribution center. Vailati co-founded Hiper in 2012, specializing in retail technology for small businesses. As CEO of Hiper, he leads a team of over 130 professionals in providing simple and effective retail management solutions to thousands of clients nationwide.
