Tiago Amaro is a driven and ambitious professional who has excelled in various roles throughout his career in the IT industry. He began his journey in the field of Informatics in 2007, where he completed a professional course in Technical Management and Programming of Information Systems with outstanding grades of 16 out of 20. From then on, he quickly moved up the ranks, taking on roles as a Technician, Support Representative, Manager, and Technical Account Manager.
Throughout his career, Tiago has worked at several notable organizations, including XSI - Solutions and Visualforma - IT, where he gained critical experience in Technical Support and Hardware. Furthermore, he worked at Portugal Telecom as a PT Store Assistant, where he specialized in Broadband, and at Microsoft Portugal, where he supported the Portuguese and Brazilian market in Technical and Billing capacities. His previous work involved supporting Cofina Media as a Service Desk Representative and Hewlett-Packard as a Service Desk representative.
In January 2017, he transitioned to Truphone, where he started as a TS Engineer, and eventually worked his way up to a Technical Account Manager. In this current role, he provides Tier 2 support, assists with Network and System troubleshooting, and communicates with Customer Service teams.
