    Ti Chang is a renowned industrial designer, entrepreneur, and activist known for her passion for designing elegant products for women.

    As the co-founder and VP of Design at CRAVE, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's product design direction, with her innovative work earning accolades such as Red Dots, IDEA, Core77, and Good Design awards.

    Ti Chang's groundbreaking designs have pioneered the concept of pleasure jewelry, leading to collaborations with prestigious outlets such as the MoMA Design Store, Standard Hotel, Goop, and Saint Laurent.

    With a Master's degree in Design Products from the Royal College of Art in London and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Ti brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her craft.

    Before her tenure at CRAVE, Ti established her first venture, INCOQNITO, in 2008, offering a range of intimate accessories doubling as fashionable jewelry, which was later acquired by CRAVE in 2010.

    Her earlier career includes significant roles with major consumer brands like Trek Bicycle and Goody Products, where she made a mark as the first female industrial designer, breaking barriers and paving the way for women in design.

    Beyond her work in the industry, Ti Chang actively contributes to the design community as the chair of the Women in Design section of the Industrial Designers Society of America, enhancing support and visibility for women in the field.

    She also serves on the advisory board for San Francisco Design Week and the 360 board for Reimagine, while contributing her expertise as a board member of the CRAVE Foundation for Women.

    Ti's diverse background, ranging from founding and consulting to designing for renowned brands, showcases her multifaceted talents and commitment to empowering women in design and entrepreneurship.
