He held various key positions in renowned organizations, including Global Head Strategic Projects & Portfolio Management TechOps, Formerly Site Head Zofingen, Formerly Global Head Strategy Anti-Infectives, Formerly Global Head Strategy ChemOps & Chief Operating Officer NIPBI, and other leadership roles at Novartis. Thorsten also contributed significantly at Merck KGaA, serving as Sr VP Operations, Site Manager, Department Manager, Development Chemist, and Laboratory Manager in Process R&D.
