Thomas Vinkler

Thomas Vinkler is a seasoned program manager, consultant, entrepreneur, mindfulness trainer, and recruiter for Big Tech companies committed to building transformative and intentional mind-tech to accelerate human performance. After obtaining a BA in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, Vinkler has become a leading figure in upgrading the web for startups, entrepreneurs, coaches, and influencers alike. He aims to provide a decentralized alternative to our current data-collection platforms and enhance collective intelligence to realize a sustainable, productive, regenerative world.

In his previous roles, Vinkler served as a Program Manager for Process and Change management at Uber and Cisco, respectively. He was also a Program Manager, digital projects, content management, and migration, PIM integration project manager at Agilent Technologies and a Senior Agile Project Manager for data migration, localization, Salesforce CRM at Zen Cloud Technologies. Before venturing into program management, Vinkler was a recruiter and recruitment manager at Nous Consulting and a TPM & Scrum Master at fitRaise, respectively.

Currently, he is the Chief Partnership Officer at MentorAmp and formerly served as a Jobs Space Disruptor at Talent Tech Alliance.
