Thomas Vannatter

Thomas Vannatter is a visual arts manager with a passion for contemporary art and arts residency programs. He embarked on his career as an artist but found a more profound impact in organizational work after an enlightening internship at the Mattress Factory in Pittsburgh, PA.

His expertise spans across project management, arts marketing, fundraising, grant writing, exhibition planning, program and event management, graphic design, and public art.

Thomas pursued a Masters of Arts Management at Carnegie Mellon University and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Indiana University.

Throughout his career, Thomas has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as Public Art Manager at Arlington County Government, Gallery Manager at Northeastern University, Program Coordinator at Northeastern University, and Account Executive at Art New England among others.

His journey includes experiences as an Art Handler and Installer at Mattress Factory, Artist in Residence at Brew House Association, Development Intern at Exit Art, and Social Media Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, showcasing his diverse skill set and dedication to the arts.
