Thomas van Neerbos is a Dutch speaker, speechwriter, and director who teaches young people how to find their voice.1 He has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam.

Van Neerbos previously served as the Director of the European Press Prize for over a decade, resigning from the position on October 1, 2023.234 He was also a founding dean of STUDIOdebalie.1
