Thomas Stipanowich
Thomas Stipanowich is a well-respected professional in the field of dispute resolution. He has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Illinois College of Law as well as a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Stipanowich has extensive experience as a mediator and arbitrator at JAMS and has previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Additionally, he served as the Associate Dean of the Straus Institute and was the William H Chair in Dispute Resolution and Professor of Law at Pepperdine University. His background also includes tenure as the William L Matthews Professor of Law at the University of Kentucky College of Law and work as an arbitrator and mediator independently.
