Thomas Sachson, Advisor at Dropness

Thomas Sachson is an expert at the intersection of entertainment technologies, user engagement, and consumer regulatory issues. He currently serves as the General Manager of Dropness LLC, an AI-enabled user-generated content platform for delivering precision advertising services.12

Prior to his role at Dropness, Sachson spent eight years at Sony Music as the Head of Monetization and Strategic Partnerships for Sony Music Immersive Studios, where he focused on fusing fandom, music, and video game experiences.13

Before Sony, Sachson was a Director of Intel Labs Venturing and the General Manager of the U.S. and China Perceptual Compute teams at Intel Labs. There, his team developed pioneering machine learning systems for facial gesture capture and avatar movement generation, earning him the Intel Achievement Award, Intel's highest recognition. He holds over 10 patents in related fields.1

Sachson earned a B.A. in Economics and Fine Arts from Vanderbilt University, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is a licensed U.S. Securities Attorney and member in good standing of the D.C. Bar.34
