Thomas Rice, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with over 20 years of experience in leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver innovative solutions for business challenges.

Currently serving as a Senior IT Application Project Manager at EMCOR Facilities Services, Thomas has been instrumental in transforming the organization by implementing low-code/no-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Recognized as a Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME), Thomas provides valuable guidance and support to teams and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

With a strong emphasis on continuous learning, Thomas holds 20 Microsoft certifications in addition to credentials such as PMP, CSM, and CSPO, showcasing his proficiency across various domains and platforms.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Thomas is a USAF veteran, a dedicated volunteer for causes aligned with his values, and an enthusiast of travel, acquiring new skills, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive customer value and achieve common objectives.

Thomas Rice pursued Project Management education at Harvard Extension School and Leadership & Management studies at the University of Notre Dame.

His previous roles include Senior IT Application Project Manager, Project Manager, and Operations Manager at EMCOR Facilities Services, as well as various managerial positions at Total Transit Enterprises.
