Thomas R. Villinger, the co-founder and CEO of ZFHN Zukunftsfonds Heilbronn, has a strong background in venture capital with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Before ZFHN, he was instrumental in establishing Innovationsfabrik Heilbronn GmbH, a hub for 60 start-up companies in the fields of industry, electronics, and communications. Villinger also holds key positions on the boards of several early-stage investment companies. His professional journey includes roles at reputable firms such as CapGemini, KfW Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, and the World Bank, where he focused on M&A and fundraising for growth companies across Europe, the Gulf States, and the USA. Prior to his venture capital career, Villinger worked in the technology sector with a focus on venture-capital-supported businesses.
