Commercial Lender/ Business Relationship Officer at SECU Credit Union

Originate Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) credit facilities.
Calculate debt service coverage and Net Operating Income (NOI) by compiling and analyzing Rent Rolls, Operating Statements, Tax Returns, and Leases.
Interview Borrowers, Property Managers, and related parties to obtain critical details.
Inspect properties and interact with Brokers, Appraisers, Environmental Consultants, Title Companies.
Identify prospective clients through COSTAR and regular networking and community involvement and retain and deepen existing relationships.
Conduct due diligence and supervise loan portfolio and perform risk management processes.

-Support clients with Deposit Services, Treasury Management, Insurance and Investment needs. 

-Utilize SBA Financing when applicable to maximize business opportunity and minimize exposure while identifying appropriate credit terms and arrangements.

-Graduate of M&T's Relationship Manager Sales Program (RMSP), a 10 month comprehensive Commercial Credit training class.

-Graduate of M&T's Sales Development Program (SDP), a 10 month comprehensive Retail Administration Leadership Program.
