Thomas Connell

Thomas O Connell is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in starting and growing consumer product companies.

He began his entrepreneurial journey in Ireland as a distributor of wheeled goods, which eventually led him to establish his own company, Yvolution, in 2011.

Yvolution expanded globally, with offices in the USA, China, Hong Kong, Germany, and Japan, becoming a $60 million company by 2014.

Under his leadership, Yvolution secured a significant market share in the kids' wheeled goods category and received numerous awards for innovation, including vendor of the year from Toys R US USA.

In late 2017, Thomas exited Yvolution and embarked on his third venture, focusing on electric rideables and investments in related companies.

Additionally, he is actively engaged in mentoring and incubator projects to support budding entrepreneurs by sharing his expertise and network.

Thomas O Connell holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and has been involved in various successful ventures across different industries.
