Thomas Neckel

Thomas Neckel is the Co-founder and CEO of Fragment, a fintech startup that focuses on creating a ledger API designed to simplify real-time, double-entry accounting for engineers. Neckel has over 20 years of experience in the tech and finance sectors. Before founding Fragment, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Cove.io, a platform for running micro-funds, which he started in May 2017. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of SCUID, an identity management company acquired by CA Technologies in 2014. His career began in 1997 as the Director of Knowledge Solutions at Net Perceptions, and he has held various roles in companies such as Oracle and Identropy.123

Education

Neckel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University, where he studied from 1991 to 1995.12
