Thomas Moniz is a Shareholder in the Business Practice Group and serves as the Chair of the Nonprofit and Tax Exemption Section at his firm.

With expertise in trust and estate planning, executive consulting, high-net-worth planning, business formation, consulting, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, Benefit Corporations, and nonprofit and tax exemption, Thomas assists clients comprehensively.

In his role as a legacy advisor, he focuses on a personalized approach to address clients' business, personal needs, and assets alongside estate planning, fostering collaboration with clients and their advisory teams.

As Chair of the Nonprofit and Tax Exemption section, Thomas advises on nonprofit entity selection, Benefit Corporations, governance structure, tax-exempt status, and related legal matters.

Apart from his professional commitments, Thomas Moniz actively participates in various community and board roles, including positions in organizations like the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation and Winnebagoland Estate Planning Council.

Thomas pursued his JD in Law from Marquette University Law School and completed his BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.
