Thomas Merriman is a multi-talented professional with a passion for fighting the climate crisis and driving positive change through innovative and sustainable technology. With a diverse educational background, Thomas holds an MSc in Finance from Cranfield School of Management, an MSc in Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MSc in Climate Change from Birkbeck, University of London, and he is currently pursuing an MSc in Applied Data Science from the University of the Highlands and Islands.

With extensive experience in the technology industry, Thomas has held several positions including Chief Product Officer at Kita, Head of Product at Nasdaq, and Senior Product Manager at Fidessa. He is also co-founder of Left Coast Distribution Ltd and has worked as a Business Manager at Bloomberg LP.

Thomas is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment and society, and has been involved in numerous initiatives aimed at accelerating the shift to a decarbonized world. He was part of Carbon13: Cohort 2, a mentor-driven program supporting sustainable technology startups, and is committed to enabling nature-based solutions to thrive through innovative insurance products that remove carbon delivery risk from the voluntary carbon market.
