Thomas McCance

Thomas McCance is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in business, law, and academia. With over 20 years of experience, he has made substantial contributions to a range of enterprises across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and technology. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Thomas went on to attain a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University’s School of Law. He practiced law at a distinguished firm and later joined Goldman Sachs where he became a partner. Thomas has also taught at both NYU and Columbia.
In addition to his corporate work, Thomas has devoted significant time and resources to philanthropic endeavors. He has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and is a founding member of New York's School Choice Scholarship Foundation, which provides educational scholarships to low-income children.
Thomas has been recognized for his exceptional work on numerous occasions, most notably as one of Crain’s “40 Under 40” and as a recipient of the Distinguished Teaching Award at the NYU School of Law.
