Thomas Kurk is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience in growing companies. He has worked with motivated management teams to successfully bring companies to their next level. Kurk's contributions include identifying and executing capital formation funding strategies, venture capital funding, private equity funding, family offices funding, and angel funding. He has experience with recapitalizations, opening new markets, creating strategic marketing alliances, turnarounds, recreating corporate visions, facilitating "end game" objectives, merger and acquisition strategies and execution, management buyouts, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings, reverse mergers, partnerships, and joint ventures.
