Thomas K. Stierwalt

Thomas K. Stierwalt is a seasoned Corporate Development leader and Technology Investment Banker with over 15 years of experience in M&A and financing transactions for Software and Technology companies.

Currently serving as the Vice President & Head of Corporate Development at Visier, a $1 billion valuation Enterprise Data & Analytics Software company.

Thomas's expertise includes sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing M&A and financing deals, having completed over 40 transactions in the Technology sector.

Prior to Visier, Thomas led Cowen's Software Investment Banking group and was involved in founding Technology Investment Banking groups at Signal Hill Capital and Headwaters Merchant Bank.

He began his career in Corporate Finance at Goldman Sachs and has advised prominent companies like Alphabet, Intel, Intuit, and Samsung.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California where he graduated magna cum laude.
