Olga Yorgova is a facilitator, entrepreneur, and environmentalist with expertise in business modeling, lean startup, outsourcing, and process automation. She co-founded Strandschicht - Virtual Assistants, EcoToiletten - Sustainable Sanitation Solutions, and Non-Water Sanitation e.V. Additionally, she is a co-founder and CEO of YES Founders Foundation and co-author of the book "YES! Youth-led Changemaking." She has educational backgrounds in business administration and international business, and she has worked with companies in sustainable sanitation, water, and hygiene (WASH), education, and youth development.

Yorgova is particularly skilled in conflict resolution, mediation, self-organizing teams, and #NewWork. She has helped dozens of employees collaborate remotely at Strandschicht for over ten years. Furthermore, she is an early stage investor, digital nomad, speaker, and mentor for start-ups in Germany and West Africa. Additionally, Yorgova supported various social campaigns such as the Guts for Change Social Campaigning. In terms of her personal experiences, Yorgova cycled from Germany to India on a bicycle and hitchhiked from Germany to Pakistan to raise funds for social causes.
