Thomas Hardy

Thomas Hardy is the Managing Director of Strategy & Collaborative Services at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a position he has held since January 2023. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of organizational strategic planning processes. He supports the President & CEO during significant organizational transitions and collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the organization.12

Before his current role, Hardy served as the National Director of Strategy & Collaborative Services at the same organization starting in April 2022. His previous experience includes senior leadership positions at Ankura, where he managed strategic initiatives for various clients, and at the USO, where he led strategic planning efforts across a global enterprise.1
