Thomas Grant

Thomas Grant is an accomplished banking professional with a strong focus on Financial Crime. With a background in Complex AML Investigations and Financial Crime Prevention, Thomas specializes in the enforcement of AML typologies, methodologies, and practices to execute analytical risk assessments. He is adept at implementing operational excellence in agile environments. Thomas holds an MSc Econ in International Relations from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Politics from the University of Portsmouth. He has held various roles at Starling Bank, including Senior Complex Investigator, Complex Investigator, AML & CTF Investigator, and Business Onboarding Subject Matter Expert. Prior to his tenure at Starling Bank, Thomas also served as the Banking Innovation Programme Manager at GDS Group.
