He holds a strong educational background with studies in Labor Economics, Contract Negotiations, Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Contra Costa College.

Thomas is driven by his mission to serve the Veteran community, offering tuition credits for programs aimed at helping individuals break free from limitations, find their purpose, and overcome obstacles through personalized mentoring and facilitation calls.
