Thomas Gayno is a seasoned entrepreneur and product leader who has made significant contributions to companies like Spotify and Google.
At Spotify, Thomas founded and led a team of Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers, where they developed and launched various successful products such as Wrapped, Autoplay, Lyrics, Spotify Stations, Spotify Kids, and more, aimed at enhancing user experiences and expanding the user base.
Before joining Spotify, Thomas co-founded and served as the CEO of Cord Project Inc, which was later acquired by Spotify. The company focused on revolutionizing voice technology and connecting people through innovative products, securing funding, building a talented tech team, and achieving over 1 million organic installs in a year.
Prior to his ventures at Spotify and Cord Project Inc, Thomas held several key roles at Google, including Product Director for Google Search and Google Workspace Growth, as well as contributing as a Team Lead in the Creative Lab. During his tenure, he played a vital role in the launch of prominent Google products like Google Chrome, Android, Google Glass, and more.
Thomas' educational background includes a Master of Science in Management from EMLYON Business School, with additional executive education from prestigious institutions like Wharton and MIT. He has also studied Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from EMLYON Business School.
