Thomas Ferguson is a seasoned professional with a strong focus on IT Service Management and Major Incident Management (ITSM - MIM). He possesses extensive experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, both on-site and virtually, within advanced technical roles to support infrastructure and project implementations. Thomas has a solid technical background in operating systems, storage platforms, security services, and physical and virtual infrastructure support and management.

His skill set includes expertise in Problem Resolution, Root Cause Analysis, Disaster Recovery, Budgeting, Project Management, Data Center operations, Unix, Linux, Windows environments, as well as Data Storage and Protection.

Thomas Ferguson pursued his education in Legal Assistant/Paralegal studies, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree from the Junior College of Albany.

Throughout his career, Thomas has held various significant roles in renowned organizations, including Genworth where he served as the Senior Middleware Manager, Director of Data Center Management, and Data Center Service Delivery Manager. He also worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Spherion Technology within Genworth Financial. Prior to this, he held positions such as Systems Engineer at Per-Se Technologies and Application Support Engineer at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP.
