Thomas Dünweber

Thomas Dünweber is a professional with a strong focus on introducing sustainable business practices and fostering continuous innovation to combat climate change disruptions.

His expertise lies in corporate innovation, sustainability, collaborative behavior, and the application of various theories, methods, and technologies like Lean Startup, Customer Development, business modeling, value proposition design, innovation accounting, and behavioral psychology.

Thomas is multilingual, fluent in English, French, and Danish.

He pursued his education with a Master's degree in Cognition & Communication from Københavns Universitet, Communication studies from Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy with electives in Communication (FR), Organizational Philosophy, and Psychology of Language.

Thomas also attended Espergærde Gymnasium og HF and Oure Idrætsgymnasium for further studies.

In terms of professional experience, Thomas has served as a Senior Consultant in Innovation at Ramboll Management Consulting and previously held roles as a Consultant, Change Manager, and Project Manager at Maersk Line.

Prior to that, he worked as a Student Assistant at Maersk Line and gained experience as a Communication Consultant at Groupcare A/S.

Additionally, Thomas has been involved in various capacities, including serving as a Board Member at Unge Kommunikatører and working as a Receptionist at Groupe Lucien Barrière.

In his earlier years, Thomas also pursued a career as a professional (team) handball player at Elite3000 Helsingør.
