With a focus on growth equity investments in the Healthcare sector, Ampersand has managed $1 billion in private equity partnerships over the past two decades. Thomas has decades of operational experience in Healthcare companies and over 80 years of shared private equity experience, making him a preferred partner for entrepreneurs. He studied at the University of the Free State and earned his Master's in Business Administration and Finance at Pace University. Before his current position, Thomas worked as a Managing Director at Savannah Acquisitions, an Associate at Ampersand Capital Partners, and Vice President at Aleutian Capital Partners. At his roots, Thomas is a company-builder, using his experience to understand the challenges and contribute to problem resolution.
