Thomas Dale is an accomplished professional with an impressive background in account management, sales operations, political science, government, and military counterintelligence. At the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, he studied Associate of Arts in Persian, after which he pursued Associate of Arts and Sciences in Intelligence Operations at Cochise College. He later earned a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of San Francisco School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Saint Mary's College of California.

Before joining the corporate world, Dale served in the US Army as a Counterintelligence Agent. After leaving the army, he worked as an Office Assistant at City of San Ramon and Sales Operations Coordinator at Lyris. He also worked as a Senior Account Manager and Head of Account Management at imgix and as an Account Manager - North East at Lyris.
