Thomas Bowen

Thomas C. Bowen is a media and management professional with a focus on organizational development, communications, and public affairs. His expertise includes development, communications, advertising, research, and outreach.

Thomas pursued his education at Nazareth Academy for high school and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University. He furthered his studies at American University.

Throughout his career, Thomas held prominent positions in various organizations such as Principal at New Chicago Consulting LLC, Senior Advisor Illinois at Team Bloomberg, Senior Advisor at Mac Strategies Group, and Executive Director at The Chicago Committee. He also served in campaign management roles for multiple political campaigns including those for Rahm Emanuel, Alexi Giannoulias, Bill Foster, and other notable candidates.

Prior to his managerial roles, Thomas worked as a Press Secretary for Obama for America in West Virginia and held positions at The Strategy Group, Friends of Vi Daley, and Moriarty and Mayer for Assembly.
