Thomas Barr is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Healthcare-IT, specializing in areas such as Digital Pathology, Clinical Systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). Thomas currently serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, holding the position of Head of Business Development and Marketing. In this role, he is instrumental in crafting the Company's strategies to enhance market share, brand presence, and client awareness. Thomas played a pivotal role in creating the Virtual Imaging for Pathology, Education & Research (VIPER) application at Nationwide Children's Hospital, which has now been commercialized. Thomas is proficient in EpicCare Ambulatory Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and has extensive experience in strategic planning alongside the Executive Leadership Team.
