Thomas Archibald Allen, AIA, MSRE, LEED AP, is an accomplished architect and real estate professional with a passion for strategic, management, and analytical roles.

With nearly 15 years of experience in design & construction project management across various building types and markets, Thomas is a skilled problem-solving architect.

As the 2019 Recipient of the Francis J. Plym Traveling Fellowship In Architecture, Thomas is currently traveling internationally and seeking innovative project solutions.

He is a proficient user of ArchiCad for producing construction documents, 3D renderings, and project management.

Thomas holds a diverse educational background, including a Master's in Real Estate Development, a Master's in Architecture, and a Bachelor's in Architecture.

He has been involved with organizations such as Mayberry Workshop, Reverb Development, ta² Design LLC, and has held various roles in project management, architecture, and real estate.

Thomas is known for his relationship-driven approach, creative thinking, and dedication to learning.
