Thiruh has a strong educational foundation with his Automotive Management and Investment Analysis Diplomas from RMIT University, and earlier schooling at St. Xavier's Institution, Penang. During his illustrious career, he held several leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at EON Bhd and EON Automart S/B (Mitsubishi Dealership), General Manager at Western Motorsports S/B, Manager at Auto Bavaria S/B, and also worked as a Training Officer at Sony Electronics Malaysia.

Thiruh is currently a consultant at Penviva, where he provides expert guidance to businesses and organizations within the automotive industry.
