Thilina Rajapaksha

Thilina Rajapaksha is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in switchgear tendering, renewable energy, and LV installation design/estimation. Currently, he serves as a Medium Voltage (11kV) maintenance engineer in Colombo City, Sri Lanka.

With a background in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, Thilina has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as the Ceylon Electricity Board, Richardson Projects, and Lanka Electricity Company Private Limited.

Thilina Rajapaksha's educational journey includes studying Diploma in Networking and Information Technology at Raytronics Computers, Advanced level Maths Stream at Ananda College, and BSc(Eng) in Electrical Engineering at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

Passionate about Energy Policy, NCRE, DSM, and Entrepreneurship, Thilina Rajapaksha has been actively involved in professional bodies like the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), where he previously served as Chairman of Young Professionals Sri Lanka.
