Thiago de Araujo is an accomplished professional with vast experience in proposal and contract negotiations, compliance management, risk analysis, and customer relationship. With a strong leadership and interpersonal skills, Thiago has managed multiple projects and worked with different cultures and teams to deliver results while meeting tight deadlines. He has a Bachelor of Law degree from Universidade de Taubaté and a Master's in Corporate International Law from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Thiago has also studied US Law, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Finance at institutions such as Fundação Getulio Vargas, SCCE, Insper and Saint Paul Escola de Negócios. Before joining Embraer, Thiago worked as a Project Manager and Contract Manager at Baker Hughes, a GE company, and GE Oil & Gas. He also worked in various positions at Embraer, including Compliance Officer, Contracts Manager, Proposals and Contracts Manager, and Technical Buyer.
