Sara Loretta
Sara Loretta is a dedicated professional with a passion for working with underrepresented communities, particularly children facing adversities.
Her career started with teaching STEM in Title I Schools through AmeriCorps, leading data compliance, and building brand awareness in adult workforce education.
With a focus on digital storytelling, Sara aims to shed light on the stories of individuals typically overlooked by mass media such as single mothers seeking fulfilling careers, ex-convicts striving to contribute positively, and children impacted by parental incarceration.
After experiencing nonprofit burnout and marketing challenges, Sara founded SYSTMS™ to assist small teams in enhancing revenue and productivity through strategic processes.
Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, she is actively engaged as a STEM mentor, enjoys cooking as a home chef (especially baking fresh bread), and is venturing into novel writing.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Texas State University.
Her professional journey includes roles such as CEO at SYSTMS™, EPM - Planning Committee member at 48in48, Jr. Copywriter at Dell Technologies, and various positions at Skillpoint Alliance and Workforce Solutions Capital Area.
Her motto in life is 'you miss 100% of the shots you don't take'.
