She has held key roles such as the first in-house recruiter at prestigious companies like Asana and Stripe, specializing in early engineering, design, and product hires, as well as executive and co-founder positions. Her expertise extends to employee engagement and retention strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and fostering strong company cultures.

Theresa's educational background includes a BA in Post-Colonial Literatures of the Near East from Mills College, providing her with a unique perspective and knowledge base that she brings to her professional endeavors.
