As the GTM Organizational Strategy Senior Manager, I joined a team responsible for establishing the role definition and policy for our customer-facing roles within Sales, Customer Outcomes, and Alliances.  We also take our role strategy “off the page” and work with matrix teams to ensure that any policy becomes our reality.   I will engage with leaders to understand role needs, define role swim lanes, and confirm leading measures for role success and compensation.  Following the role definition, I will partner with our internal operations teams driving updates to our sales processes, tools, and enablement to fully operationalize the new role definition. My role is a part of the global GTM Strategy and Programs team, which drives cornerstone programs.

After ITRS Group acquired OP5, Inc, I moved into a Regional Senior Sales and Operations role, carrying an individual sales quota.  Pioneered the sales model change to Strategic and Commerical sales. Extensive involvement with the merge of two Salesforce systems to design and implement new processes for multiple sales teams across two company acquisitions. I managed the training and onboarding during the period of growth with continuous improvement of data quality, data utilization, and data accessibility.  Refined sales processes for efficiency to improve conversions, increase the transparency of sales pipeline, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins. Supported multi-industry organizations across Commercial and Strategic sales and facilitated revenues in both segments. Evangeliased solutions (software and services) using the Challenger sales method to every customer. I developed relationships with both new and existing customers by implementing and executing both a direct and indirect (channel) sales strategy. Proficient with Salesforce, Zendesk, Teams, Pardot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Microsft Office.

Senior Sales and Operations Manager Americas

Established the vision and structure of the US Office, which helped propel business growth with an average YoY growth of 41%+ from 320K to $1.7M. Built key business relationships with top major accounts and upsold existing customers to achieve revenue growth. Executed the company's expansion into the Americas from Europe, resulting in the most significant yearly revenue increase in company history. Contributions ended up playing a vital role in the company's acquisition by ITRS Group in 2018. 
 
Hired and onboarded a dedicated, result-oriented team of sales, operations, marketing, and technical support. Responsible for managing all client programs and projects, including client relationships resulting in 95% customer retention, staffing, contract management, and employee relationship management. Repositioned the company to reflect better the value proposition and maturity level for the US market. Provided detailed reporting and presentations for all business departments including sales, operations, finance, and legal. 

Responsible for all aspects of business development and strategic planning. Initially performed and then managed all firm accounting functions A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow projections, PnL, budgeting, proposal work, etc.)

Country President - US

Post-IPO Retention Stage - Implemented pipeline management and structure to renewal sales. Responsible for ALL software maintenance renewals worldwide, which returned a 93% customer retention, rate resulting in 42% of the annual sales ($53.5 million in 2013).  Started and managed offshore sales office in Costa Rica called Concentrix. Instrumental in hiring, training and knowledge transfer. Maintained a strong focus on government customer retention handling multi-million dollar maintenance renewals all via phone. 

Pre-IPO Growth Stage - Extensive involvement in quantifying and qualifying the business and the auditing of financials. Managed resources and documents to ensure the timing of IPO. Expanded sales by managing 400 resellers worldwide as an extension of sales. Organized and managed inside sales for Latin America growing sales 400% from $120,000 to $600,000 within 3 months.  Developed reseller relationships with target countries. Sales growth gave the executives confidence and operating expenses to open an office in Cork, Ireland followed by Singapore.  Instrumental in hiring, training, and knowledge transferring to ensure the success of the new offices. 

Entrepreneurial Growth Stage - Operational experience with Accounts Payable & Receivable and developed procedures, trained new hire employees. Assisted in the development of the procedures used by the direct sales team. Created and launched the Channel sales department which consistently resulted in 40% of total sales. Measured to performance weekly with both direct and reseller sales. Provided customer product training and ensured the SolarWinds culture of customer service and a highly productive work environment was imprinted on all new employees. Developed government sales direct and channel and was responsible for all large government sales (those in excess of $50,000). Developed and maintained government channel partners and contracts, GSA.
