Theresa Condor

Theresa Condor is the Chief Operating Officer of Spire Global Inc., where she oversees Spire's Business Units worldwide, including US Federal and Global Government, and is a Board of Directors member (NYSE: SPIR).

As a co-founder of Spire, Theresa played a crucial role in building the initial business case, leading business development, fundraising, and corporate partnerships. She also drove Spire's international expansion to Singapore and Glasgow, and was directly responsible for early revenue generation. In 2021, she was part of the executive team and board that took Spire public on the NYSE.

Before joining Spire, Theresa worked in emerging markets finance, managing the Latin America trade syndications desk for Citibank in New York, and worked on microfinance and international trade facilitation projects in Bangladesh.

Theresa's educational background includes studying at Cornell University, The London School of Economics, and Columbia School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).

She has held various roles at organizations such as Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB), Chief, Spire, Citigroup, INAFI Asia, and JOBS/IRIS Bangladesh.
