Theodore Kuh is an accomplished executive, investor, and advisor with over two decades of experience in the consumer and retail industries. He is a Board Member, Advisor, and investor in various start-ups and growth companies. With a Master's degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Kuh has developed a unique blend of entrepreneurial, financial, and management skills.

Kuh has an extensive track record of advising Boards and Executive Management on strategic and growth capital transactions in the consumer and retail industries. He held several senior positions in the world's leading investment banks, including Citigroup Global Markets, Salomon Brothers, and Merrill Lynch. He served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Retail Investment Banking at Citigroup Global Markets.

Kuh is a founding Board Member at the UC Berkeley Management, Entrepreneurship, & Technology (M.E.T.) program, where he advises and mentors students interested in entrepreneurship and technology. He also served as a Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where he taught courses on finance, investment banking, and entrepreneurship.

Kuh's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found several businesses, including Ultima Partners, an advisory firm specializing in strategic investments, mergers, and acquisitions in the consumer and retail industries.
