Theodore Caputi
Theodore Caputi is a rising star in the fields of mathematics, economics, and public health. He is currently a senior at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is pursuing dual degrees in Mathematics and Economics. Caputi is a Benjamin Franklin Scholar and a Joseph Wharton Scholar, known for his leadership abilities and his passion for substance abuse prevention. He has held several teaching assistant positions at the Wharton School of Business, including courses in finance, statistics, and macroeconomics. In his free time, Caputi has applied his knowledge to his position as the Chair of the Strategic Prevention Team and as the Past Board Vice Chair at the Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission. He is also the Founder and President of the Student Leader Union. Caputi's long-term goal is to become a health economist and to specialize in the economics of substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment. In pursuit of this goal, Caputi has been selected as a George J. Mitchell Scholar and will pursue a Master in Public Health after graduation.
