Theo Vassilakis holds an impressive educational background, having studied Baccalauréat with a focus on Mathematics and Science at Lycée Franco-Hellénique d'Athènes, B.Sc. in Mathematics from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Brown University.

Throughout his career, Theo Vassilakis has been involved with various organizations, serving as an advisor in different capacities.

His previous roles include Group CTO and Head of Engineering at Grab, Distributed Systems Engineering at Oculus Research (Facebook), Partner, Architect/Dev Mgr at Azure (Microsoft), Founder & CEO at Metanautix (acquired by Microsoft), among others.

Additionally, Theo Vassilakis has held positions as Principal Engineer/Engineering Director at Google and undertaken software development roles at Microsoft Research.
