Theo Godfrey

Theo Godfrey is a Partner in CMS's Corporate Group with expertise in advising on a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity, venture capital, and joint venture arrangements for private and listed clients.

His particular focus lies in the Life Sciences & Healthcare and Technology, Media & Communications sectors, catering to established domestic and international companies, growing businesses, institutional investors, high net-worth individuals, and management teams.

Theo actively co-manages CMS's equIP Life Sciences programme, supporting early and growth-stage life sciences businesses. He also volunteers as a mentor and advisor to startups through BioCity's Expert Network and the Imperial Enterprise Lab.

His educational background includes studying GDL and LPC at Nottingham Law School, BSc Economics and Economic History at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Building on Talent at IMD Business School, and studies at Bedford School.
