Theo Dohle is a Dutch professional who is passionate about the impact of good communication on urban development. He founded De Wijde Blik in 2005, a firm dedicated to assisting communities, businesses and organizations in communicating their vision and needs to stakeholders. He has led the company to partner with two other businesses and grow to a staff of 12. Over the years, Theo has worked on numerous campaigns in cities throughout The Netherlands, such as Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Den Helder, and Dordrecht among others. With a degree in History from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Theo started his career as a science communicator at UMCG. He then went on to work as Communication Advisor for Groningen Municipality, Manager of Communication for The Hague Municipality and Managing Partner at Ecorys NL. Additionally, he has held board positions with HC Athena and Welcom Amsterdam, and been a member of the supervisory board of Stichting HeenenWeer.
