Thelma Mafukidze

Thelma Musanhu Mafukidze is the Co-Founder of the groundbreaking initiative, Period Pride- Keep our GIRLS in School, aimed at ending Period Poverty globally.

Working alongside Trine Angeline Sig from Real Relief Denmark, Thelma is dedicated to garnering support from various sectors to provide reusable pads, educational resources, and sanitation facilities to communities in need.

Thelma holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from Africa University and has a background in sustainable solutions and renewable energy.

She is also the Founder and CEO of Condthel Greens, a company that offers innovative sustainable solutions and cutting-edge renewable energy technology to local and international markets.

Thelma has previously served as the Sustainability Project Researcher and Fundraising Coordinator at the Energy Globe Foundation.

Through her various roles and initiatives, Thelma strives to make a positive impact on society by empowering underprivileged girls and promoting environmental sustainability.
