Thao Vo

PhD Candidate

Thao Vo is a PhD candidate at BI Norwegian Business School, where she has been studying since August 2021. She is based in Oslo, Norway, and has a background in management and recruitment. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as a Management Trainee at Manpower in Ho Chi Minh City, where she was involved in various projects related to employee engagement, recruitment, and employer branding. Thao received recognition for her performance, achieving the Revenue Champion Award in multiple quarters during her tenure there.

In addition to her professional experience, Thao has participated in the YSEALI Academic Fellows Program at Arizona State University, focusing on civic engagement. She is proficient in English and Vietnamese, with limited proficiency in German. Her educational accomplishments are complemented by various certifications in areas such as design thinking, critical thinking, and leadership development.1
