Thanh Le

Meet Thanh Le, an accomplished fintech expert with a strong background in digital technology and operations in finance. Thanh's skills and experiences include smart lending, wealth management, project management, business transformation, innovation, IT management, business operations, and startup setup. With a Bachelor's degree in IT Services and a Master's degree in IT Management, Thanh has pursued a Doctorate in Big Data Analytics from the Technical University of Ostrava.

In his current role as Director of Technology & Digital Lending Products at TPBank, Thanh leads the development of fintech products and technologies. Prior to this, he held various senior positions in leading fintech companies, such as Head of Mobile & Customer Facing Applications at FE CREDIT, IT Director at Oriente, and Head of MIS at Home Credit Vietnam. Thanh has also worked as an ERP Consultant at IFCA Software Vietnam, where he honed his analytical skills and expertise in business intelligence, ERP, data warehouse, deep learning, and AI.
